These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of YardCalcHub at yardcalchub.com (“the website”), operated by Umar Farooq (“we”, “us”). If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website. Our privacy policy explains how we handle information and forms part of these Terms.
2. Using the website
The website is free to use for personal and business planning. You do not need an account. You agree to use it lawfully and in a way that does not harm the website or other users.
3. Calculator results are estimates
Our calculators give planning estimates based on the measurements you enter and on typical default values, such as material densities, bag sizes, waste allowances and truck capacities. Real quantities depend on the actual product, moisture, compaction, site conditions and how the material is installed. Always confirm quantities, weights and prices with your supplier or contractor before you order. See our methodology page for every default we use.
4. No professional advice
Content on the website is general information. It is not engineering, structural, legal or safety advice, and it does not replace a site visit by a qualified professional. For driveways, retaining walls, slabs, structural fill, drainage, playground surfacing or any work that needs a permit, follow local codes and consult a qualified professional.
5. Intellectual property
The text, calculators, diagrams, images, code and design of the website belong to YardCalcHub or its licensors and are protected by copyright. You may print or share individual pages for personal, non-commercial use, and quote short passages with a link to the source page. You may not copy, republish or sell substantial parts of the website, or reproduce the calculators, without written permission.
6. Messages you send us
When you contact us, you agree that we may use your message to reply and to improve the website – for example to fix an error you report. Please do not send confidential or sensitive information. We handle your details as described in our privacy policy.
